Beginners Pottery Class - Wheel Throwing (6 weeks)

Adult pottery classes for beginners in the picturesque Adelaide Hills!

Please note: Maddie will be going on maternity leave in July, so there will be no wheel classes scheduled until 2024.

This class is ideal for people looking to learn a new skill, where you can take home something beautiful that you have created at the end of it. Learn to throw functional objects on a potters wheel under Maddie's expert guidance.

In the Beginners Wheel Class, you'll learn the basics of wedging, centring, and throwing. You'll leave the six week class with new knowledge, and your own set of handmade, glazed ceramic pieces, which are fully dishwasher and microwave safe!

Classes are held at Maddie's Adelaide Hills pottery studio. Class sizes are very intimate, with only 4 students maximum, giving each student opportunity to have one on one time with Maddie. For more information, check our Beginner Class Info Sheet
